We are open Tuesdays to Saturdays from 9am to 4.30pm and from 12 noon to 4pm on the first Sunday of the month (when booking is essential). We are closed on Mondays.
Breakfast is served 9am to 10.30am and includes full English with rosti, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, egg and toast. Vegetarian option also available. Or, indulge in a dish of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
Lunch is from 12 noon to 2pm and we offer specials each day, such as beetroot and horseradish pie, Somerset brie and mixed bean tartlet, vegetarian soup and crusty bread, vegetable and lentil chilli, fish dish of the day, salads, ploughman’s, granary rolls filled with mouth-watering goodies like hot Dorset pork with stuffing. Then there’s lentil moussaka, Pad Thai vegetable samosa, roasted roots crumble, butternut squash and chestnut pie, spicy red bean cakes, twice baked goat’s cheese soufflé, cashew nut and cranberry croquettes ....
